This Himeji-based ramen chain restaurant was established in 1991.
We assumed management of the headquarters in December 2007 to start business rehabilitation and expansion. Experienced supervisors are positioned between franchisees and the headquarters for intensive initial education and menu development. Through these initiatives, we work on making existing brands, products, and restaurants more attractive to customers. We also utilize our own business network and support property development.

This specialty ramen restaurant serves miso (bean paste) ramen noodles, Kibou-ken's most popular menu item, which was further improved and developed based on the concept of Hokkaido.
These ramen noodles have a delicious, well-seasoned taste produced by combining herbs and spices with the natural sweetness of specially blended Hokkaido red miso. No other restaurant can imitate the taste.
In addition to our popular Sapporo miso ramen, we also serve Asahikawa shoyu (soy sauce) ramen and Hakodate shio (salt) ramen.
Our menu includes a wide variety of side dishes made with ingredients from Hokkaido.
